Concerts

Perform with professional soloists and instrumentalists

We traditionally prepare three concerts annually. A Palm Sunday concert, a summer concert in June and a Christmas Carol concert on the first Saturday in December. Easter dates vary each year and so the performance schedule is sometimes affected by the timing.

As our concerts are usually held in the same place as our rehearsals this helps us enormously with our preparation. We carefully select our soloists and they are invariably professional singers and instrumentalists and this means tickets for our concerts are always in demand!

From time to time we also hold one or two other choral events during the year such as an unrehearsed performance of the Messiah, a ‘come and sing’ event, a choral workshop or a charity performance.
